Our holiday house welcomes guests in one or two weeks terms for 8-10 people from May till September. It is ideal for families, couples who want to relax.
The house is made attractive by the coherent green environment, fresh air, the calm and silence.
The house is situated not far from Siofok: the city centre and the beach can be reached within 5 minutes by car.
There is a safe parking possibility in the garden, where cars and motorbikes can be parked.
There is a nicely arranged garden, on the terrace garden-furniture, suntan, on the sunterrace sunbeds, playground for the children (with slide, see-saw, hammock).
Next to the sunterrace there is the pool, which is 7 metres long and 4 metres wide. The pool can be covered and is heated by sun-collector, so you can use the pool in bad weather too.

The house is air conditioned and there is free Internet.
The furniture is made of natural materials (fir-furniture).
The kitchen is well equipped: there is a coffee machine, a fridge, a freezer, a micro-wave, a cooker.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilettes, 2 living rooms with TVs and music centers.
The house ground is 130 m2.

The environemt
Siofok - Töreki is situated 5 km far from the beach of Lake Balaton. It is a silent, calm environment in a nature reservation. There is no transit traffic in the street. It is ideal for couples and families with children.
The centre and the beach of Lake Balaton can be reached within 5 minutes by car. Here you can find a fishing pond, a maintained bicycle and trip path, horse riding and wagon possibility and a wine pub with local wine. The owner lives in the next house on a different plot of land, she can give you information about programmes, events, hiking ideas. She can speak a little German.
